Data protection
Privacy policy
This notice applies to requests sent through Insignares & Bolaño forms. The form collects your name, email, phone if provided, consultation country, service of interest, request context, and message. Your authorization is recorded with the submission.
Controller and purpose
The Insignares & Bolaño professional team uses this information only to receive, organize, and answer your request and to continue coordination that you initiated. Do not use this channel for emergencies or send health data, diagnoses, medical records, or medical documents.
How requests are received and stored
When you submit a form, a function hosted on Netlify processes the request and passes it to Resend to send one copy to info@insignaresbolano.com and another to eduardoinsignarescarrione@gmail.com. The message is sent from info@insignaresbolano.com, and replies go to the email address you provide. The site does not store requests in Netlify Forms or a database.
After delivery, the message may remain in the email inboxes of the authorized team and the email provider. The team should limit access and delete messages when they are no longer needed. The specific retention period and international transfer arrangements still need confirmation from the data controller.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and withdraw authorization for future uses by writing to info@insignaresbolano.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing. If your rights are not addressed, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.
Authorization
By checking the required form box, you authorize use of the contact information you provide to handle and answer the request described. This does not authorize marketing. This channel does not request or need sensitive health information.
Review note: Before treating this policy as final, Insignares & Bolaño must confirm the controller’s legal identity, a contact address, the specific retention period, and international transfer details. Local legal review is still needed.
